No, vouchers must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be retroactively added to an already placed order.
• If the order is returned and meets the return criteria, the refunded amount will exclude the voucher discount.

Yes, Mihyar ships internationally to all regions covered by our third-party logistics partners, except locations restricted by KSA law or OFAC sanctions.
Within Saudi Arabia:
• Standard Delivery: SAR 28
• Free Shipping on orders above SAR 399
International:
• Flat Rate: USD 25
• Customs Duties & Taxes: Paid by the customer upon delivery, based on their country’s regulations.
• KSA Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• International Delivery: 5–10 business days (customs clearance may extend this timeframe)
If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will attempt two more deliveries before returning the package to Mihyar. Our team will then contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund.
Yes, Mihyar allows returns as per our Return & Exchange Policy. However, returns are not accepted for underwear and accessories
due to hygiene regulations.
