How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing a tracking link where you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Mihyar ships internationally to all regions covered by our third-party logistics partners, except locations restricted by KSA law or OFAC sanctions.

What are the delivery charges?
Within Saudi Arabia:

• Standard Delivery: SAR 28

• Free Shipping on orders above SAR 399

International:

• Flat Rate: USD 25

• Customs Duties & Taxes: Paid by the customer upon delivery, based on their country’s regulations.

How long does delivery take?

• KSA Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• International Delivery: 5–10 business days (customs clearance may extend this timeframe)

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will attempt two more deliveries before returning the package to Mihyar. Our team will then contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund.

Can I return my order?

Yes, Mihyar allows returns as per our Return & Exchange Policy. However, returns are not accepted for underwear and accessories
due to hygiene regulations.

How do I initiate a return?

• Log into your Mihyar.com account and request a return.
• Contact our customer support if you need assistance.

When will I receive my refund?

• Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Processed within 10–14 working days after a successful quality check.
• Click & Collect Refunds: Issued after an in-store quality check.
• Delivery Fees Refund: Only refunded if Mihyar made an error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product). If the customer changes their mind, delivery fees are non-refundable.
