Returns & Exchange
At Mihyar, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless. This policy outlines the guidelines for order cancellations, returns, and exchanges to ensure clarity and convenience for our valued customers.

1. Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. You can cancel your order by following these steps:
• If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse team, you can cancel it through "My Account" on Mihyar.com.
• If the order status shows "Processing," it means the order has been processed and can no longer be canceled online.
• If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, contact our Customer Service Team at help@mihyar.com or call 8001111949 (KSA).
• We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return. Please refer to the Returns section below.
2. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) under the following conditions:
Return Timeframe:
• Regular-priced products: Return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Discounted products and special offers: Return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
• The product must not be innerwear, socks, accessories, or face masks.
• The product must be returned with its original receipt (bank statements will not be accepted).
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with swing tags.
• The product must not be altered, stitched, washed, or perfumed.
• Returns for Click & Collect orders must be made at the same store where the order was received with the original invoice for an immediate cash refund.
Special Return Conditions for Tamara/Tabby Payments:
• Exchanges are not accepted.
• Refunds will be deposited through the Tamara/Tabby portal, for any queries or grievances, please contact the respective Tamara/Tabby teams.
• Refunds will be processed back to your Tamara / Tabby account within 10-14 working days.
Multibuy Offers:
• Purchases under multibuy offers can only be returned as a whole order.
• Discounted products and special offers cannot be exchanged if the offer period has expired.
• Returns for discounted orders will only be accepted within 3 days of receiving the order with the original invoice.
3. Return Process for Home Delivery Orders
If you wish to return a product purchased online, follow these steps:
Registered Users:
1. Log in to your Mihyar.com account.
2. Navigate to My Account > Order History.
3. Click on View Order and select Return/Exchange.
4. Choose the item(s) to return and specify the reason.
5. You will receive a confirmation email with return details.
6. A shipping company will contact you to schedule a pickup.
7. A return label will be provided by the shipping company.
Guest Users:
• If you placed an order as a guest, contact our Customer Service Team to request a return.
Important Notes:
• We will cover the return shipping cost if you use our selected courier service and follow the outlined return process.
• We encourage reusing the original packaging for returns.
• Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the customers without refund.
• We monitor return frequency and may refuse future orders if returns are repeatedly made without legitimate reasons.

4. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and passed the warehouse quality check.
• Prepaid purchases will be refunded within 14 working days after successful quality approval.
• Any refund delays beyond 14 business days should be reported to customer service.
• Delivery fees will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or failed delivery.
• Refunds to Mada cards processed more than 14 days after purchase may take up to an additional 4 weeks due to Mada and issuing bank policies.
5. Exchanges
• Exchanges are available only for Click & Collect orders within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Exchanges must be made at the same store where the order was collected, with the original invoice.
• If there are price differences between online and in-store prices due to promotions, returns must be processed at the original store within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Orders delivered to customers’ homes are not eligible for exchange and can only be returned.
6. International Orders
